(downloading and saving the videos is free!) You can be as detailed as you prefer with your questions for the readings, Just be sure to fill out the question form below after you select and purchase your reading of choice, this is required for each reading.

What can I expect from a Video Tarot Reading?
1. Our session to remain confidential, your Privacy is very important to me, I never share or resell personal information.
2. I promise satisfaction with my readings, if you are not satisfied, i will make sure to fix any issue!
3. Your videos (regardless of video or direct email readings, will always be the time duration/ or page amount, card amount as promised.
4.To receive an unbiased nonjudgmental reading from a professional person who takes each reading very seriously.
Can i request a refund?
1.Refunds will only be provided upon mutual agreement when the actual Tarot reading has not been performed. For example, if you and I (Psychic Jane) cannot agree on the question or I (Psychic Jane) has not started your actual reading, you may be offered a refund.
However, if your Tarot reading has been performed and completed within 2-4 days, there will be no refund. This is because i invest a significant amount of time and energy into your reading and question. I will make my best attempts to clarify any questions you have and to give you advice on how to get the most out of your reading experience.
2. If your video reading is not as many cards or time in the description above, you are eligible for a full refund.

whether it is to do with love, relationships, money, career , you can ask anything and be as detailed as you prefer.
Do i need to download anything?
Yes and no, I can add your videos to my private youtube account if you prefer not to download it and save it, However, otherwise, i send my readings with wetransfer.com or drop box, Which requires a free download in order to save it.
